A Persona is a representation of your targeted audience. It is an archetype of your users based on research and contextual evidence.
Creating personas will help you to understand who are your users, what are their motivations, goals, behaviors, frustrations. It can be a reference point at any steps of a product decision change.
The final persona will be easily shareable, it can be used to gather your team around the archetype user and think about “how can we better serve them”?
The Process :
★ Qualitative research : Deep analysis or your customer needs, goals, frustration, motivations
★ Quantitative research
★ Identify patterns
★ Build the persona with Motivation, frustration, scenario, description, goals, personality type, demographics and behaviors
What I need from you :
★ If possible any type of documentation available about your users (written, photos, videos, recording, anything you have about your users will be helpful)
★ If possible any type of analytics
The output will be a beautiful and highly detailed persona (PDF/JPG/PNG format) that will be easy to share with your team.
